Filter digits

dear master's
in my exel sheet
c10:c15 are cut digit
f2:f15 are pair
i2 = filter result
j3 = filter result after cut
now my quistion is
how to make the 3 digit result from the pair from (f2:f15) ( i2 = make 3 digits (000-999)with the pair f2:f15

how to filter the result with c10:c15 ( j3 = remove all c10:c15 from i2)
