Transferring blocks of data from one worksheet to another

I have a block of data (5 rows, 5 columns) that I want to transfer to another workbook. I want to be able to enter this block at the end of a column in the other workbook. How do I get the data to find the bottom of the new column or how do I get the 2nd workbook to place this data at the bottom. This procedure must be repeated over and over. At the present time, I have to use a cut and paste technique. Can this be done automatically?
