How to make the pair of a digit

dear friends
any one please help my problem
my exel sheet e1,e2,e3,e4 have some numbers, how to make the pair's of that digit

E1 = 6 = 06,15,24,33,42,51,60,79,88,97
E2 = 7 = 07,25,34,43,52,61,70,89,07,16
E3 = 8 = 08,17,26,35,44,53,62,71,80,99
E4 = 9 = 09,18,27,36,45,54,63,72,81,90
I WANT ANSWER LIKE THIS(RED COLURED) WITH FILTER, I MEAN NO NEED OF SAME PAIR LIKE 06 AND 60
ANY ONE CAN HELP??

i mean e1 to e4 is the sum of pair
i need the pair with this sum
if 0 is the some of pair then pair is like 00,19,28,37,46,55,64,73,82,91,
i have some of pair ,but how to make the pair from this sum

Funny how 9 is involved with all those numbers!
6 + 9=15, 1 +5 =6
15 + 9 = 24, 2 + 4 =6
24 + 9 = 33, 3 + 3 = 6
33 + 9 = 42, 4 + 2 = 6
42+ 9 = 51, 5 + 1 = 6
51 + 9 = 60, 6 + 0 = 6

After that it does not work any more.

UDF would be simpler... if as you say you wish to include the pair once (ie 53/35) then
