I have a question and a problem which if solved can be of HUGE help to me.

I would like to know if there is a formula in Excel something like the "IF" option that allows you to assign if option for one cell to another. Since this is not clear here is an example.

If cell A7=99 cell B7=3

Is this possible to be done? I need this for entire columns so it should be something like IF B1 to B20000 = 99 then C1 to C20000 = 3. If it is possible to be automatic so for example If I enter 99 in cell A7 the excel automatically to mark 3 in the cell B7.
