How to write anyone in particular cell only & remaining all cell total protected

Hellow everybody,

we have one excel sheet.
I want to write or edited data in specific cell. For example anybody can write in coloum : C1, c2, c3, c4, k6 and m6 (highlighted in green colour) and remaining all cell range protcted no one can change data. Also they didn't know formula which i m writing in others cell for example fom l6 to l33 or n6 to n33.
