    Angry Can you get a Spinner to count into - numbers??

    Hey

    I want to get a spinner on my spreadsheet to go into Minus numbers. the range would be from about +50 to -50. Or is there anything similar to a spiner that would do it. I dont have to use a spinner but i like the ease of use with having one.

    Set the min and max values to 0 and 100, and then compute the offset in a separate cell: =A1-50
