copying down formula

I need to produce the following result which lists subtotals. It looks straightforward but I am stuck:
cell c100: = c10
cell c101: = c20
cell c103: = c30
cell c104: = c40
What formula can I use in c101 to display the result in cell c20 and then copy down as required?
