    Combining Several Columns of data

Hi all hope all is well.
I have attached a file with my problem, detailing the data I have and how it is presented; then below the way I would like the data presented.

If anyone has any suggestion that would be much appreciated.
    Cheers

If you slightly reogranize your starting data (which shouldn't be too hard) you could use a Pivot Table to obtain the end result. I have enclosed an example.

Thats excellent thank you - I am having trouble with the layout of my pivot table though I will probably be back for more assistance soon! Thanks again though.
