    Excel Protection?

    Morning All,

I have a large workbook with lots of spreadsheets, currently each individual sheet is protected as certain cells are locked on each sheet. Rather than having everysingle sheet protected is there a way to lock and protect them all at once?

    Thanks

Not manually or as a "group" no. You could use VBA sub routine to protect/unprotect all sheets by means of iteration if that's what you're getting at ?

    Re: Excel Protection?

It would require VBA - not formulae - is that viable in your environment ?

Assuming all sheets have the same password (this is the implication) then something like the below, pasted into a new Module, should do what you want

You will find a variety of approaches on line which do similar things... the above is designed to ape the native functionality in so far as if protecting your must reaffirm the password chosen etc...
