Thanks for the help so far. The COUNTIF only works for me if none of the items were ordered in multiple quantities (column E sheet 2). I was trying to use the SUMIF but I could not figure out how to get it to apply to this situation. The way I understand the formula, I'm asking excel to look for the criteria in a certain range, and then I ask it to either sum the matches (which would ignore the quantity issue also) or sum other numbers (which would work but they are still in a list with other orders that I do not want summed).
