    FIFO Inventory method balance tracking

    I am happy to read a previous thread on the same topic and got the FIFO sample.xls file. However, I encountered a problem that when I post entries in the sold column, it is accepting any number of entries whereas it should show negative figures where the quantity is exceeding the Purchase quantity.
    Need improved formula please.
