IF (Between Value Range)

I'm sure this is a really simple query and that I'll have a real doh! moment after asking, but...

In an IF statement, how do I state 'IF (value of cell between), then, else'.
eg. IF (J3 [= value between 90 and 100], "Pass", "Fail")
