Excel incorrectly calculating sumproduct

In the file attached the last cell of the column is either a total, or sumproduct (to get weighted average).

The Total Number of Struck offs column is a sum, the rest are sumproducts.

With that being said in the Variance column it is calculating the weighted average as 1. This is incorrect. When I manually compute it

((290*84)+(257*87)+(287*84)) / 834=84.92

What is excel doing incorrectly, and how can I fix this?
