IF/ AND problem

PLease forgive the informality of this enquiery, but I am new to this.
Can anyone assist with the following;
I can get both of the below formulas to work individually,
=IF(AND(B3=3,C3="Y"),"WARNING","")
=IF(AND(B3=1,C3="N"),"WARNING","")
but would like to combine them to get the same result (if that makes sence).
Something like
=IF(AND(B3=3,C3="Y"),(B3=1,C3="N"),"WARNING","")
Any offers??
