xy scatter graph averge point with "+" around it

So I am supposed to make an xy scatter graph like the one drawn of paper. The average point need to have a "cross" around it. So far I can just plot the points. I have added the average point as secondary series. I just need to put the "+ sign or cross around" it. Can anyone please help me. I have looked everywhere on the web.

Here is the workbook. As you can see, I have plotted the point. Just need to put the cross around the average point. Please help. Thanks

I have created a horizontal & vertical line passing through the Average point in the attached file. Please see if it suits your requirement.
