Importing txt file with trailing zero

I'm using the Text Import Wizard on a file where the data in one column contains part numbers with traililng zeros. Example
10255.011620. I thought I could assign the column either general or text during the data preview of the import and the trailing zero would remain. I've tried each way and the zero is removed. I think it is actually truncating the numbers because other numbers like the one above with another number other than zero is truncated.

I found my problem. I can import data with trailing zeros. The group that I needed was a subset of a larger group of data. I would filter the group I needed and copy and paste to another worksheet. I discovered I did not format the column of the new worksheet that contained the data with trailing zeros to a text column before the copy/past action.
