Need Help with Function Statement

hi everyone,

need some help here. i have no idea on how to come up with a function for this type of query.

i would like excel to count a cell granted these are the conditions.

if cell d3 has the word closed in it and cell c3 has the word standard in it and the cell b3 has the figure 10.00 in it then it should count as 1 on any cell in the next sheet.
