Have posted somewhere else but no replies ,so maybe some kind soul on here will be able to oblige.

If I can do this as a Macro I can add a button to the QAT which will make it easier for other people to use the spreadsheet. Currently I use filters and sorts and then copy and past, so even for me it would be a time saver.

Every time the Macro runs it can put new data before or after rows already on Sheet2.
So, nothing deleted just sorted and copied
