    Conditional Formatting

    Dear all,

    I have simplified what I am trying to do but...

    In Cell A1 I have a date in the dddd dd/mm/yy format

    In Cell B1 I have a day of the week in TEXT format

    What I want to do is conditionally format A1 if the day differs from day (not date) of that in B1.

    I have searched for the right formula all over but without luck.

    Any help would be great.
