Data from multiple arrays

Using 3 reference cells to determine which table, row, column; I need to return a single value from 9 different arrays/tables. Can this be done? Am I looking at the wrong Function? Attached is an example.

(I marked solved to early. The solution worked fine for the example I gave, but not for my actual problem. In my example, the rows and columns are text. What I need is a solution that will work, if numbers replaced the text. The rows will be labeled: 1,3,5,10.....and the columns 3/4, 1, 1 1/4, 1 1/2, 2..... an exact match will be needed for the column and closest match for the row.)
