    Exclusion in print area

I have a worksheet where a cell is conditionally formatted to show a text if the neigbouring cell is blank. Problem is I would like the worksheet to be printable with both cells being blank. So in essence I want to exclude a cell from the center of the sheet from the print_area. Problem is that I am NOT allowed to use any macros etc. and the sheet MUST be excel 2003 compliant.

    Any ideas?

add a first condition(as they are taken in order)
    =aa1="p" choose white font
then before you print put p in aa1(or some other cell outside print range)

Unfortunately this will not work as the sheet is a travel reimbursement form, that travelers without knowledge of excel should be able to use. What I want is the option of printing it, so that it can be filled out by hand, but still leave a warning of the blank cell for people filling it out on the computer.
