    How can I round up the prices?

    Hello and thanks for reading ...

    How can I change the prices in a column to round up to end in either .49 or .99?

    EX: $5.31 needs to be $5.49
    EX: $142.56 needs to be $142.99

    and so forth.

    How about :

    =CEILING(A1,0.5)-0.01
    (Assumes your original figure is in column A)
