    Decrease decimals within formula

    ="DISTRICT INFORMATION (# of FTE Students"&" "&'Financial Activity Report'!$H$26&" "&"X $3.00) (10023)"
In the above formula I need the $H$26 to be 60.97 In the formula it shows as 60.9736842105263. I have set the cell for a number with two place decimal but it still gives me the 13 places.

Re: Decrease decimals with in formula

    Try

    ="DISTRICT INFORMATION (# of FTE Students"&" "&ROUND('Financial Activity Report'!$H$26,2)&" "&"X $3.00) (10023)"
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Change that portion of your formula to
    TEXT($H$26,"0.00")
    Does that work for you?
