Excel Web Sharing

I am trying to share an excel model with someone but I don’t want that person to be able to keep the model or send it off. He does need to be able to alter the cells so I don’t think I can convert it to a PDF. Is there software that will allow me to share the document online and once he is done altering the data I can then take the revised file back? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Your solution would most likely require VBA programming, so the Programming Forum might be a good place to post.
