I could use some help here please.

I have problem with my excel sheet.

Customer nr. Date amount
4000000 11.01.2012 1200 pc
4000001 17.06.2012 96 pc
4000000 09 02.2012 600 pc
4000027 01.09.2013 77 pc

and the list goes up to customer nr 499 999

I need to collect information from this sheet and put it to next sheet like that

400000 - 11.01.2012 - 1200 pc
400000 - 09.02.2012 - 600 pc

aso.

Doh .... I cant use all codes but only some of them
If I have list, that I can use can I make some formula that lists all my info like that.
just in case I will add simplified excel doc.

I only need amount's for those client codes as are listed Client code sheet.

See the updated example. I've added a helper column, created the Pivot Table and then filtered on the helper column.
