Spreadsheet opens small & can't be moved?

Hi All

Hopefully you can help me with a problem i am having with a spreadsheet in Office2003.

When I open the file, the spreadsheet opens in a "small" window within Excel. I can scroll through the spreadsheet and view all of it's content, but I can't move the window or maximise its size. It also won't allow me to drag the lower R/H corner out to resize it either?

It was all working ok last week. I went to open it last night whilst I had another sheet opened, and that is when the problem started?

Hopefully it is something simple. I'd hate to have to redo such a complex sheet all over again
