Formatting percentages breakdown into a chart

Hi all,

I'm trying to format a spreadsheet (an example is attached). I have very basic macro knowledge but this is beyond me! Basically i have a percentage assigned to each month that changes. I then want to be able to visually chart this so it easier to view.

In the example my % are 20% for 6 months, 10% for 4 months and 5% for 3 months. I am trying to build something that merges the relevant months , displays the relevant % assigned and displays the different % as different colours.

In my attached test i have included an example of the data i need to input, that changes and the type of result i'm looking for.

Any help would be great.. finding it really annoying.
