Autofill 2 worksheets and compare the data

hello,

I've come about an issue and its been a long time since i've worked with excel in this manner.

I'm going to have 2 excel worksheets. sheet 1 will contain a list of all computers and the version of a software that was purchased for them.

Sheet 2 will be a list of all computers that can be audited over the network for the same software.

I need to be able to autofill the data from Sheet2 into Sheet1 based on the computer number and from that be able to conditionally format any numbers from sheet 2 that do not have a match in Sheet1.

any help on this would be greatly appreacited. i've attached a sample of this for review. I think.
