    Question Need to have for colors then the Standard Pallet allows

    I am creating a spread sheet the has about 80 sample colors I need to show. I am new to the program Excel 2003. Is there a way to create more then the 56 they allow, or do I have to insert a color swatch for each one...this would make the file quite large wouldn't it?

    Welcome to the forum.

    For font colors, cell colors, chart fills, etc., 56 is all you get. Shapes can be any color.

    For more colors, switch to excel 2007.
