    Pivot tables

    Hi,
it's friday 5:30 and i didn't look around for previous resolutions,
as I donT' know how to describe it.

I need to figure out the work load for a week.
That would be the planned tasks for the week completed and opened,
PLUS the ones that we're completed from previous weeks planned.

I can get those from another pivot table on sheet 4, that tells me for a week how many we're completed from every week scheduled. But that is not something that will update itself automativaly.

I'm stuck, i don't know how to make this happen.

    Re: Pivot tables

I'm sorry, perhaps you could try rephrasing your explanation, it doesn't make any sense to me.

You are using a lookup to group things into weeks - that's fine if you really like the long description "semaine du..." but you could just group the days (put Date Prevu in the pt instead of the long week name, then right click a date, then group and show detail then group, group by weeks).

Anyway, for help on specific issue please describe problem differently. Please do not just say the exact same thing again.

    HAHA!
yeah i'm sorry like I said, it was friday 5:30.. I realy didn't have time to elaborate, and just threw a shanker at you... sorry.

How about this, I refigured my goals.
I am trying to know how many requests we're closed on a specific week, and have it on the same table as my planned execution week table that tells me how many we're opened.

AHH, I knew I should have translated most of this, because you probably don't understand.
Let me get back with a fully translated version.

    *there*
So I'm trying to put my data from the pivot table from sheet4 on the one that's on sheet1.

For exemple, for week 38, how many are planned for that week and "complete", how many are planned for that week and "open", and how many we're closed during that week (data from sheet4).

    Is that possible?
