Sort through list picking out names (not repeats)

As I reach out to new clients, I keep track based on the following criteria: Name, Company, City.

As I track efficiencies, I keep a list of how many clients at each company I deal with. So a spreadsheet may look like the following:

    Client 1|Company 1
    Client 2|Company 1
    Client 3|Company 2
    Client 4|Company 3
    Client 5|Company 1
    Client 6|Company 4
    Client 7|Company 2

I'd like create a separate worksheet that will look like this:

    Company 1
    Company 2
    Company 3
    Company 4

Is there a function that would allow my to copy without duplicates?

*I'd like to do this WITHOUT advanced filter

    Why not use Pivot table?

Upload example and someone will show you.
Never use Merged Cells in Excel
