Help: Auto insert data from another column with single input

Hi guys, I'm not sure what to search so I hope it's OK to start a new topic.

    Here's my problem.

I have a set of data in table, typed vertically, and I need to copy-paste them into another table which I used to calculate the data for each column.

I was wondering if there is an easier way, besides copy-paste the data, and instead i just need put a single input ( like a formula or an integer) to do it.

    It will help tremendously.

    Thank you.

    Attached.

In that table, on sheet 4 I had to copy paste data from E5:E29 to D3:D27

It's easy to do it vertically, but I will also need to do the same using the data from sheet3 horizontally i.e E5:K5 (It would involve another calculation table but let's deal with that later).
