    Post Excel 2003- Conditional Formatting

Hello, I would like the conditional formatting of a cell to be canceled when an entry is made into antoher cell. Can someone please let me know if this is possible, and if so how can I go about it ? Thanks

    Re: Excel 2003- Conditional Formatting

You would need to build up the current Conditional formatting to include condition that the other cell is blank...

    alter it to something like

    =And(otherCell="",your_cf_formula)
Where there is a will there are many ways.
