Date and Time in different cells

Hello, I'm using Excel 2008 MAC, and I am trying to plot a chart with date&time in the x-axis.

I have the date and time in 2 different cells. Can anyone please tell me how I could combine/integrate the date and time into one cell?

    Many thanks!

    Add then together..

e.g =A1+B1 and then format it to show date and time...
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Thank-you all. I initially tried that but got "#####" but not I realize it is because my cell was not big enough to display the data!
