    I should have been more exact and said they are looking for the option to recommend a read only document. It should be in the tools drop down found in the 'save as' box, but it isn't. In any case, other than 'Map Network Drive' all the options, (Web Options, General Options, Compress Picture) are absent. However, under the administrator login, the options are present! Wtf?
