Filling Blank Rows w/ Values

How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save

I want to insert a list of values from column (A) to just blank cells of column (B), respectively. because of so many row and cells, filling blank cells is so difficult, manually. please help me.
