Copy form one sheet to different sheet in another xl

Hi There,

I do have one big conciliated sheet from where I need to copy on each individual sheet.

For example in conciliated sheet there are coolum like name eeno and branch.
and I need to copy these details on there respective branch sheet in another xl.

I have copied both sheet for reference.

I have tried all possible way to search these threads but not found any suitable solution.

It would be great if some body help me out of these.
