Hey guys

I am hoping you will be able to help me
Not sure how to word this, but i need a formula to say, once case resolved by has gone past the half way mark, then go yellow

For eg if case resolved by is 24hr
and middle of case resolved is 12
And the time is 4, then highlight it yellow

Hope this makes sense
