IF and OR help for postal codes

Hi,

I'm trying to automaticlly look up and populate an area name in a column (west, cental or east) thats set by a postal codes (50) in another column:

Post code Area
EX23 East
PL15 East
PL30 Central
TR2 West

I've been trying IFs and OR's but had not luck.
