Using an either or condition in a cell

Hi,

Cell h2 Gives me a date =SUM(TODAY())+g2

I want to give the same cell a second condition

If(j2<25%,"--")

The problem is I want to write both the date range calculation and the If statement in the same cell but I dont know how to link them.
