How to Clear Pivot Table Filter?

I have created a pivot table in which one of the row labels is "Country". When I try to filter the pivot table by "Country" several extraneous values appear in the filter list which are not countries and do not appear in my data. Where are these values coming from and how do I get rid of them so they don't show up as choices in the filter?

    Are they legacy values ?

Right click on the PT and click Pivot Table Options - on Data tab set "Number of Items to Retain per Field" to None. Refresh your PT.

(might also be worth altering your profile to reflect you're using XL2007 (based on your screenshot))
