Copy a date from another workbook

Guys im trying to copy a date from 1 workbook to another workbook.so when i input a date in a sheet the same date has to be copied into another book but all i get is #value any ideas

I forgot to mention that the date im trying to copy is in a validation box so could be a number of dates.
