Excel 2007 : Value lookup

Description
There are two sections.
- Columns A through D is a list of Audited Computers
- Columns R through U is an exported list of computers from AD

I want to see if machines in columns R-U that we have in Acitve Directory have Been audited, (the list of machines in column A-D). If they have then we return a value of the computer name or "True" in Column U.
