Round Percentages (Up and Down) by Multiples of 5%

How do I round percentages, both up and down, to the nearest 5%?

Ex. 82% to 80% as well as 84% to 85%

=MROUND(A1,0.05) you need to activate the
Analysis ToolPak add-in (unless you are using excel2007 then it should work anyway)

How do I load ToolPak, or is there another formula I can use?

tools /options /addins jusy check the box to activate it.
or try
=ROUND(A1/0.05,0)*0.05
