Excel 2007 : Problem shutting down Excel 2007.

Every time I go to shut down Excel it gives me a warning:

Microsoft Office Excel has Stop Working

I can work through out excel fine, but as soon as I go to close out the program, it always gives me that message.

I am running Windows Vista 32 bit and Office 2007.

I tried to search the forums, but to no avail.
