    Unhappy adding new coloumn

    I get data from 3 tables, please look into the attached sheet for the data..need to get another column with the subsytem for the ec_jon.name...
    look into the expected output sheet....

    Its Urgent...please help...

    Your question is hard to understand, if you simply want to add a column right click on the letter that you want to add a column to the left of and click insert.

    sorry guess my question was not clear...

    if you look into sheet 1(data), for each jobname there are multiple ec_job.name, and each batchrecords.jobname has a targetsbuiltsview.subsytem, so i need a column which specifies targetsbuiltview.subsytem for realted ec_job.name...

    Hope this makes sense!

    If I am understanding this right now I think this is what you want to do.

    Right click on the square with the F that is above EC_JOB_STEP.Host_Name
    then click insert in the drop down menu. That will put a new empty column between Ec_Job.name and EC_Job_step.

    i dont need an empty column....

    i need an column with targetsbuiltview.subsystem ...could you pleeease look into the expected output! (i have created a sample column with the name subsytem in the expected output)
