    Hi,

    In your invoice sheet, in cell C2,

    =B2=INDEX(OCS!$B$2:$B$8,MATCH(Invoice!A2,OCS!$A$2:$A$8,0))

    copied down should give you the result you want
    Rule 1: Never merge cells
    Rule 2: See rule 1
