Listbox Problem

Hello Everyone,

Firstly thanks...everyone here has been a great teacher for me...thank you...am learning a lot....

Have a question here....find attached the excel sheet with list-boxes...

Have created data validation from B3-B25(Sheet 1) and have dependant drop-boxes in Columns C & D....(learnt it from here )

Issue is:

(1) Want to remove the duplicates from the product name selection (Sheet 1: User will be selecting so they do not have to hand-type) and still be able to drop-down dependant values from product codes and part numbers(respective) - there will be no chance of errors.........if i delete the product name which has multiple product codes...i do not get that code to select(I want to still have it).....besides on deleting it leaves blanks in the name list......want to avoid that too....

2) Example put as "Others"....Would it be possible for the user to add the products which are not there in the list and the range would be updated automatically????? Instead of selecting others I mean...they would be able to type the prod name,code and part number info and the next user would be able to use it???
