    Selector Problem

All of the sudden, when I go to select a single cell, my selector selects 5 rows (in one column) rather than 1. Any ideas?

    Re: Selector Problem

No, the cells I want to select are not merged. It seemed to have happened after I selected a group of cells to copy and paste.

Now I go to select 1 cell, and it lassos 5 cells beneath it. I have to click and drag the box up so only the cell at the top is selected.

It seems to go away and come back at random times. (Most of the time I have the problem)

I can't pinpoint a certain action that returns it to normal.

    update-

I can right click a cell, and it selects only one cell. It opens the right-click options, but I just hit escape get out of it.

I would like to left click normally however...

So it goes away if a select a group of cells, hit copy, but don't paste anything, the left click will go back to normal. WTF?

    Re: Selector Problem

I'm not sure what "code" means (how it would pertain to excel),

    So I would say no?

    I have put formulas in...

My only suggestion is to post the workbook.
