fill handle not seen

hi all,
i have microsoft excel 2003. For some time i can not access the 'fill handler' while placing the mouse on the lower right corner of a cell. How did i loose it ? and how can i retrieve the facility to fill series by dragging ?

check allow cell drag and drop
